Island Park Trunk or Treat

On Saturday, October 21st from 12 pm-2 pm, Elkhart Parks and Recreation with a host of local businesses and organizations will hold the 11th Annual Trunk or Treat at Island Park! This family-friendly event provides a safe environment for trick or treating and is free for children 12 and under and their families.
*Please note that entrance to the event will only be at the Sycamore Street bridge.
