About Elkhart Environmental Center

The Elkhart Environmental Center (EEC) is an environmental education facility. The EEC is the largest natural area in the city, featuring public hiking trails, boat launch, and a variety of ecosystems (wetlands, prairies, forest, river). Throughout the year the EEC also hosts a variety of programs, events, and volunteer opportunities.
