2019 CDBG Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment (CDBG-CV)
The City of Elkhart, as required by Federal law, has prepared Substantial Amendments to its 2019 Annual Action Plans (AAP) for the expenditure of Community Development Block Grant coronavirus response (CDBG-CV) funds. The city is proposing the following program and funding changes:

The review period for the Substantial Amendment for citizen comment will be from Friday, December 3 to Friday, December 10, 2021. The City will consider any comments received in writing or orally. A public hearing will be held during the Elkhart Redevelopment Commission’s monthly meeting on December 14, 2021 at 4:00 pm in the Council Chambers (2nd Floor), 229 S Second Street, Elkhart, Indiana.
Any comments or questions regarding these substantial amendments shall be directed to Ms. Dana Donald the above address or via email. All written and oral comments received for this amendment shall be forwarded to the Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about December 17, 2021.
