There will be a meeting of the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Elkhart, Indiana, in Executive Session on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 3:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers Conference Room, Municipal Building, 229 South Second Street, Elkhart.

The meeting will be held in Executive Session (closed to the public) pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2) Discussion of Litigation Strategy
