Details for our 2024 Haunted Walk event are coming!
Our Haunted Walk Through the Woods event is a Halloween-themed event that’s fun for the whole family! The event is free, though donations are appreciated and help us maintain and grow the event each year (suggested donation $5 per car).
The event features 2 types of decorated trails: 1 kid-friendly and 1 scary. Guests can enjoy family-friendly decorations along our wetland and prairie trails. If they’re feeling brave, they can explore our woodland trail with creepy decor and costumed-scarers.
Haunted Walk is during Elkhart Community Schools’ fall break. The event will take place over 3 days this year and includes a variety of fun activities:

Help us have a spooktacular Haunted Walk!
Volunteers can help with setup/decorating before the event, cleanup, and event shifts (such as dressing up as scarers or walking the trail as monitors), taking photos and parking. There’s something for everyone! Bring friends and family with you!
If you’d like to help out, please register here!
Volunteers will receive free snacks throughout their shift(s).
